The villa is set over 3 main storeys, including a lower ground floor which has a table tennis table, dartboard and pool table.
ENTRANCE TO THE VILLA
The main entrance is past the villa's double garage and into the drive (just past the tree in the middle of the road!). The main door is next to the covered car port.

PRIVATE POOL
Behind the villa is the swimming pool, (which can be heated at £190pw). There is also an outside dining area with BBQ and sunloungers. This is the main social area of the Villa.
​
Access is via patio doors from the lounge or kitchen.
​
The pool is secluded by a hedge and there a further small garden with plants and shrubs beyond.
Bedroom 1 Ensuite
LIVING ACCOMODATION
Villa Joanna Marie sleeps 10, in 5 bedrooms. All bedrooms are ensuite and there is an additional guest bathroom.
​
The villa has full wifi, a 65 inch flat screen TV, full multi language satellite channels including all sky sports and movies and all European channels. There is a bluetooth Bose soundbar for TV and mobile phone connection.
​
The villa is air-conditioned throughout with both warm and cold air options.
​
The ground floor comprises of the entrance hall, open plan lounge and dining room, kitchen, utility room and 2 ensuite bedrooms with twin beds.
​
The first floor has 3 bedrooms, all ensuite with balconies and views of the Salgados golf course, nature reserve and sea.
​
The Lounge has sofa seating, the TV/music centre and a wood burning fireplace.
​
The kitchen is fully fitted with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, 2 electric coffee machines, electric juicer, electric blender/ice crusher and American fridge freezer.
​
The utility room has a new Miele washing machine, separate Bosch dryer and sink as well as ironing board, iron and airing facilities. The patio door form the utility leads to a further outside washing line.
​
The Villa has 3 eating area options, the dining room, kitchen and outside covered area near the pool.
To the side of the outside eating area there are two BBQs

Villa Joanna Marie also has two cots, two high chairs and stairgates
​
All bedding is supplied (parents are asked to bring their own cot blankets). Bath and pool towels are also provided.
​
The villa has a security alarm system and a safe for guest use.
​
Maid service for towel change is mid-week with a full bedding change at the weekend for those staying for 2 weeks.
​
The villa is managed by a local company who are based within 2 km of the villa and are on hand to deal with questions.
​
There is a 6 foot slate bed pool table and table tennis table for free guest use which is in the lower ground floor garage.
